This is one of a series of drills that we do with 2 balls. Here, you will see it executed through a series of chairs, but you and also do it while dribbling up the court without chairs. It can also be done while stationary.
 
These are great drills that I use to develop confidence in handling the ball.
 
The first time through, the player dribbles the ball as low as possible. They can be dribbled at the same time, as in the video, alternating or a combination of both.
 
The next time through, the player dribbles the ball as high as possible. I like the balls to be above the shoulders. Again, they can be dribbled at the same time, alternating or a combination of the two.
 
The next time through, the player dribbles one ball high and the other, low. On the way back, he switches the high and low hands.
